"I'm not going to put my lot in with economists," Clinton said when asked to name an economist who backed her proposal."We've got to get out of this mind-set where somehow elite opinion is always on the side of doing things that really disadvantage the vast majority of Americans," said Clinton, a former first lady who would be the first woman president.
Okay now maybe I get why creationists and ID folks drive you guys up the wall when they talk about scientists that way.

That's pretty bad. Then again economists have predicted the last 12 out 5 recessions.
This statement is not as bad as her recent comment about "totally obliterating" Iran with nukes should they attack Israel. That has got me rethinking my vote. Unfortunately, I don't have much time to mull it over. I vote tomorrow at 6:00 AM.
Dmmit! Now I've got to weigh Clinton's apparent hawkish side with Obama's apparent lack of support for social justice.

Problem with economists is that economics is not an exact science. There are way too many variables and unknowns. But, to ignore what virtually EVERY economist is saying is beyond ridiculous. It's almost like she's pandering...

ALMOST pandering? Ya think?
"But, to ignore what virtually EVERY economist is saying is beyond ridiculous."
The same thing can be said about scientists and climate change.
