The New Yorker: One Angry Man

An interesting article on Keith Olbermann.

I don't watch Keith for the same reason I don't watch Bill. Give me Morning Joe any day :)

Olby and Bill can ride off into the sunset. Olby's out of control and Bill...haven't watched/listened to him in at least a year.

Also: Olby's use of the "Good night and good luck" irritates me every time I hear about it. I like the article you linked because it does expose how at times out of control Olby is and how in the shadow of greats like Brokaw, Cronkite and God Bless 'em Russert...Olby has a lot of ground to improve on.

Just my view from the other side o' the fence.

I really have yet to form an opinion on Olbermann. His righteous indignation aimed at the Bush administration is both justified and long overdue. I even find it refreshing. What I'm interested in is how he'll behave when mush less indignation is called for. Will he continue to rant and rave for ratings? That's what I'm waiting to find out.

Actually, I probably never will find out. I only watch him when a really good 'special comment' comes along. I don't even know if it's a regular part of the show.
